Once we received Lainey’s Down Syndrome Diagnosis, I wanted to know everything about Down Syndrome. I found myself scouring the internet for any information I could find. Blogs, journals, articles, Facebook and Instagram accounts; anything that would give me a view of what our new life was going to look like. For every good resource out there, there was a bad one. Many medical resources paint a pretty grim picture. So my goal for this page is to give you a list of great resources that give up to date, informative and positive but truthful information.

Knowledge does away with darkness, suspense, and doubt; for these cannot exist where knowledge is . . . In knowledge there is power.
